The purpose of this study is to determine how safe and effective the study drug Olokizumab
is, in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) who are already receiving, but not fully
responding to treatment with an existing medication called a tumour necrosis factor alpha
inhibitor

The purpose of this study is to determine how safe and effective the study drug Olokizumab
is, in patients with Rheumatoid Arthritis (RA) who are already receiving, but not fully
responding to treatment with methotrexate (MTX).

The purpose of the study is to develop a new method for understanding how the body breaks down certain medications by the metabolic enzyme, CYP2A6.  Genetic variations are known to occur with this enzyme and this study will also evaluate the effect of genetic variation on the breakdown of medications through this pathway.

The purpose of this study is to learn how effective each of the two dressings, Silverlon®
and AQUACEL® AG, are in preventing post cardiac implantable electronic devices (CIED)
procedure wound infections.

The purpose of this study is to evaluate the safety and efficacy of the study drug,
Arimoclomol in IBM patients.
